It was an unhurried shopping experience. Zachary took the time to show me several models and I had the opportunity to test drive them. The features of the cars were explained and questions were answered thoroughly. There was no pressure to make a choice and the deal was closed to my satisfaction. The paperwork was done efficiently and financing was handled in an easy to understand manner. It was a great buying experience.

2 1/2 weeks in the shop. Thermostat change out and the ambient temperature sensor was changed. Thanks to Bart Ackerman who tracked down the progress and said the work was completed. Thank you Bart! Rental car was only good for five days, found out the day I had to return the rental.

After purchasing the car in October, the check engine light went on at about 700 miles on the car. We brought it in to Gerry Lane the week of Thanksgiving. We were told that they needed to order a part but that itt wouldn’t be in until the next week due to the holiday. We were told they would call us the next week. Two weeks later we called to check on the part. We were told that they needed to order the part and it would be the next week. We called back the week before Christmas to see if we could get the car fixed. We were asked to bring it in the next day. So we did. We were called and told that they had not gotten to my car that day and offered a rental for the day. We called the next day and were not able to get anyone on the phone. We went to the dealership on December 23 to check on the status and were told that we wouldn’t get the car until after Christmas. So not only did it take over a month to get the brand new car fixed, it took five days to fix the car after we were told it would be fixed in one day.

I arrived early to have my vehicle serviced, however, there was a long line of vehicles ahead of me. The Gerry Lane service men were checking in both lanes speedily. I didn’t have an appointment but my service was handled in a timely manner and the staff were friendly.

My experience at your dealership was utterly unacceptable. I endured an agonizing nearly 3-hour wait for a simple oil change and tire rotation, only to be slapped with a $40 charge for the latter. On top of that, despite explicit instructions to check on a part ordered for warranty work, there's absolutely no record of the order. Now, I'm forced to make another trip for the truck to be looked at under warranty. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is outrageous.

Checked my Yukon in @ 7:55AM for oil change; it was officially entered @ 8:47AM; told it would be 3 hours; time on invoice was 2:07PM & GL license plate was not put on nor was sticker for next oil change!!
